Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

United States

• Economy: $4, estimated 5–8 business days
• Standard: $8, estimated 3–5 business days. Free on orders of $50 or more.
• Express: $15, estimated 1–3 business days

Canada

• Standard International: $12 flat rate, estimated 7–14 business days

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties and taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order ships. Teppen Co isn't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help you track down any late package.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us right away at teppenco@gmail.com. We can only update an address before the order ships.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office. Then contact us within 7 days and we'll help file a claim with the carrier.
